Each program below uses a 5 key rating system to guide instructors on assessing student performance.  It includes attendance, effort, knowledge and performance of the material, fitness, and respect. When a student has completed the required number of classes, he or she is awarded one stripe.  The first two stripes are given for attendance and effort. The third and fourth stripe are earned through testing skills and monitoring effort and respect.  Students much complete the required skills for each belt with power, accuracy and effort. 

Kinder Kickers Program
Kinder Kickers is a new program for children 3-4 years old.  It focuses on listening and following directions while teaching basic karate moves.
Students receive 4 stripes in the process of earning each belt.  The first and second stripe are awarded for attendance.  When a student has completed the required number of classes, he or she is awarded a stripe.  The third and fourth stripe are earned through testing skills and monitoring effort.  Students much complete the required skills for each belt with power, accuracy and effort.  Below is a list of belts a student may receive in the Kinder Kickers Program. Classes are 30 minutes long.

  • Blue Stripe

  • Brown Stripe

Junior Program
The Junior Karate program
teaches students 5-7 years old basic karate moves while emphasizing focus, discipline and endurance in a fun atmosphere.  Students receive 4 stripes in the process of earning each belt.  The first and second stripe are awarded for attendance.  When a student has completed the required number of classes, he or she is awarded a stripe.  The third and fourth stripe are earned through testing skills and monitoring effort.  Students much complete the required skills for each belt with power, accuracy and effort.  Below is a list of belts a student may receive in the Little Kickers Program.  Classes are 30 minutes long.

Beginner Program
The beginner program is for students 8-13 years old or students moving up from the Junior Program.  Adults have their own separate class for this level. This program focuses on basic karate techniques, mild conditioning, self-discipline, confidence, respect and self-esteem. Classes are 45 minutes.

Intermediate Program
Students at this level are preparing to move towards their black belt.  The program builds the skills learned in the Beginner Program and fine tunes the skills.  Students are required to achieve each skill at a higher level for each belt. Students must be willing to work hard.  Students at this level may also participate in the optional achievement team.  They can earn patches for learning material related to fitness, creativity, and emergency awareness. Classes are 45 minutes.

Black Belt Program
The Black Belt is the ultimate goal of every karate student.  "A black belt is a white belt who never quit" captures the idea of goal setting to achieve this awesome reward.  Students who are black belts however can continue their training to their second degree or third degree black belts.  Classes are 45 minutes.
